Kapil Lakhani – Chief Instructor

Kapil Lakhani is a Third Degree Black Belt & Chief Instructor in Choi Kwang Do.

Mr Lakhani started his martial arts journey in 1995 and has experience in a number of martial arts. With his varied experience and knowledge of self defence systems his experience proves to be a great asset for our school.

Outside of teaching martial arts Mr Lakhani works as a strength & conditioning coach and within the youth justice service for a local borough.
