Beena Lad – Chief Instructor

Beena Lad is a First Degree Black Belt & Chief Instructor in Choi Kwang Do.

Mrs Lad has experience of working with students of all abilities and is seen as an excellent role model for our younger female students.

In addition to teaching in our team, Mrs Lad has been integral in our effort to deliver Women’s Self Defence Workshops for the local community. The workshops have been very popular and we look to continue to offer these on a regular basis.

Outside of teaching martial arts Mrs Lad works as a Legal professional.
