Abhay Kataria – Chief Instructor

Abhay Kataria is a Third Degree Black Belt and Chief Instructor in Choi Kwang Do.

His Martial Arts training began in 2006, aged 8 and is the school’s first Instructor to have worked through all three classes and then go on to join the Instructor Team.

With over 15 years of martial arts experience, Mr Kataria enjoys helping students of all ages focusing on technical standard. His background of working in the community has enabled him to work as a mentor with many of our junior students.

Outside of his teaching martial arts Mr Kataria works as a professional in the Pharmaceuticals industry.
